Reseller Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they contain important information about your rights and obligations.
Introduction
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before agreeing to become a GRABCHOICE's Reseller. GRABCHOICEis a trading name and registered trademark. In these terms and conditions GRABCHOICE is referred to as “we”, “our”, “ourselves” and “us” and you (Reseller) are referred to as "you", “your” and “yourself”.
If you do not wish to be bound by the Conditions then you may not resell Products purchased from the Website.
PLEASE READ OUR RE-SELLER'S POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING
1. To be our reseller, first, you must read carefully and agreed on our reseller terms and condition.
2. Reselling can be done by 2 selling method
OFFLINE - Selling without using the internet in physical store with our catalog.
ONLINE- You can copy our products and sell them on Instagram, Facebook or other social networking sites.(Only after approval of your reseller account).
3. All products on the album catalog are open for reselling. You are permitted to copy and paste our product photos posted in our online shop. STRICTLY! Only the registered reseller can copy the product photos and sell them online.
4. There will be NO minimum order quantity required for the reseller.* The price list for resellers is final and fixed. The discount amount will depend on quantity, bulk order purchase of our product.
5. All prices must be at or above the retail price listed on our online shop product listing. Selling them lower than our prices is prohibited.
6. Reserved item/s is considered SOLD. So be 100% sure you can pay on time before placing an order. Don't reserve an item if you're not sure to buy it.
7. Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors are shown in the photograph may not correspond 100% to those in the items themselves.
8. Always visit www.grabchoice.com for new products and the latest updates, we will inform you also about what's new in our stores.

Must do policy for Resellers:
✓ Your age should be 16+ if less make sure to sign a confirmation letter from parent or guardian.
✓ Resellers are suggested to ask stock availability before confirming with your customer.
✓ Please inform us once you have done the payment and also with the record of payment date and time.
✓ Please record the date and time of payment, to facilitate both sides about your orders.
✓ Upon receiving the payment, items will be ship within 1 to 3 business days and in festive seasons it will be ship within 3-6days.**
✓ Items will be shipped only when full payment has been received.
✓ Always give your customers an extra day for shipping their items.
✓ Payment will be fully returned if out of stock. If your items are not available you can also choose other available items at the same price.
✓ We do not accept subjective reasons for return/exchange such as not good looking, item unexpected, the wrong measurement, changing mind, as the products are personalized/custom made. So make sure to confirm the image and measurement with the customer before forwarding.
✓ Resellers must provide a reachable contact way.
✓ Resellers must not rush us. We will give priority to answer reseller inquiry or proceed with your order a.s.a.p. So please be patient.
✓ Always inform your buyer to take Video at the time of delivery or opening the original packing to avail any kind of In-transit damage refund. We will never entertain any request without Video Proof. Incase of any In-transit damage we will provide 50% refund of actual product's reselling cost. And Incase of lost we will ship another product immediately.
✓ We ensure safe and secure packing to make sure your order will we delivered safely.
✓ Capable to handling all sales queries it receives from your End Users.
✓ Dealing with all aspects of your End User billing and payment.
Notes: We reserve the right to reject, cancel and suspend any reseller who does not abide by the business's standard policy.
